Welcome to El Toro Mobile Estates! We are delighted you are interested in our premier 55+ community in Lake Forest, California.  Home to 328 residences, our community offers a vibrant lifestyle with a variety of monthly activities designed by the residents for the residents.

Our clubhouse features a large activity room that is used throughout the month for dinners, luncheons, breakfast, dances, etc. We also have two card rooms, a large game room with a pool and ping pong tables along with two 55” big screen TV’s. Ideal for watching your favorite sports, TV show or the “Ball Dropping” on New Year’s Eve.

We also have a library full of books and periodicals, where you can enjoy our inviting rock fireplace while putting your feet up and reading a book or step into the adjoining puzzle room where you can work on one of the many puzzles that are always under construction.

Our inviting 55,000 gallon swimming pool is heated all year for your enjoyment along with a large spa that is also available. Three BBQ’s are available for your use pool side to enjoy the summer cook out season. All facilities are open for your use daily from 8AM to 7PM.

Various classes and activities are held almost daily in the clubhouse throughout the week that offer something for everyone. Yoga, line dancing, Bingo, card groups, etc. are all part of our weekly activity schedule.
